# Quickstart Guide

> Get started mining ORB in 5 minutes

Get up and running with ORB Supply in just a few minutes. This guide will walk you through your first mining round.

  You'll need a BNB Chain wallet (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, etc.) with some BNB for deployments and gas fees.

## Step 1: Connect Your Wallet

1. Visit the ORB Supply dApp
2. Click **"Connect Wallet"** in the top right
3. Select your wallet provider
4. Approve the connection request

  Make sure you're connected to BNB Chain (BSC) network, not Ethereum mainnet.
</Warning>

## Step 2: Understand the Interface

When you first load the dApp, you'll see:

**Left Side: The Orb Grid**

* 5×5 grid of circular orbs
* Each orb numbered #1 through #25
* Shows current BNB deployed per orb
* Click an orb to select it for deployment

**Right Side: Controls & Stats**

* **Orbload Pool:** Current jackpot amount
* **Time Remaining:** Countdown for current round
* **Total Deployed:** Total BNB across all orbs
* **Your Deployment:** Your BNB in this round

## Step 3: Make Your First Deployment

1. Select one or more orbs from the grid
2. Enter BNB amount (minimum 0.0001 BNB)
3. Click "Deploy" and confirm in your wallet

  You can deploy on multiple orbs to diversify your strategy.

## Step 4: Wait for the Round to End

Rounds last 60 seconds. The winning orb is selected using Chainlink VRF at the end.

## Step 5: Check Results & Claim Rewards

If your orb wins, claim your rewards:

* BNB from losing orbs
* ORB bonuses
* Refined ORB (from holding unclaimed ORB)

  Hold unclaimed ORB longer to receive more refined ORB from the 10% fee redistribution.

## Common Questions

  <Accordion title="How much BNB should I deploy?">
    There's no minimum strategy. You can deploy as little as 0.0001 BNB or as much as you're comfortable with. Remember: only winners on the selected orb receive rewards, so consider your risk tolerance.

  <Accordion title="Can I deploy on multiple orbs?">
    Yes! You can deploy on as many orbs as you want in a single round. This diversifies your chances but also splits your deployment.

  <Accordion title="What happens if I don't win?">
    Your deployed BNB goes to the winners on the selected orb. This is the core game theory mechanic: you're competing against other miners.

  <Accordion title="How do I know if I hit the Orbload?">
    If the Orbload is triggered (1 in 625 chance), you'll see a special notification and the Orbload pool amount will be distributed to all winners on the winning orb.
